My most commonly-asked questions, answered.

How much do you charge? The average website costs about $550. Some projects are more complex and can range anywhere from $800 to $1500. Each project is analyzed and quoted individually; I don't use any type of rate calculator.

What currency do you use? I only accept payments in USD.

What's your payment process? I bill half upfront and half upon completion. Invoices are generatedand mailed to each client. Another payment choice is via PayPal or credit/debit card.

Do you offer refunds if I'm not satisfied with the work? I only offer full refunds if no work at all has been done. Otherwise, it's based upon how much has been completed.

Where are you located? I currently reside outside of Chicago, Illinois. English is my first and choice language.

Will you use my completed theme elsewhere? Absolutely not. You will own all the rights to your theme.

If I screw up my theme or misplace it in the future, will you have extra copies? We will keep a backup of every project.

Will my project(s) be displayed in your portfolio? Not unless we have your permission!
